what not to eat in ramadan

What not to eat in Ramadan

"Hi and Assalamualaikum. Happy Ramadan! I hope you are eating well after fasting, and whatever you can stuff in your mouth. However, did you know there are some things that you have to avoid eating, or reduce eating, because they can give more disadvantages than advantages? While it is easy to lose against your cravings, here is a list to help you look out for yourself.

What foods to actually eat:

1. Dates.

it is a Sunnah to break your fast with dates, and that provides you with the treasure of benefits, like being rich in nutrients, high in antioxidants, and so much more.

2. Water.

Another choice to consider, if you don't have dates, or you should drink a lot after fasting, is water. It helps to rehydrate your body and boost your energy levels.

3. Full, proper meal

. Eat your meal properly. If you can't empty your plate all at once, then eat later. Your meals should have all the necessary carbohydrates, protein, and healthy fats, etc.

Now that we have gone through what things to eat, now

what things you need to avoid or reduce:

1. High sugar foods and carbonated drinks.

I'm very sorry for all those who love to eat sugars, but it's what it is. Sugar, just after fasting, causes energy crashes.

2. Caffeine.

Can act as a diuretic, increasing urine production, and from my personal experience, can ruin your sleep schedule.

3. High sodium and fried foods.

High sodium can exacerbate dehydration, and fried foods cause the same problem of dehydration.

Overall, while it is tempting to fall for such cravings, it is better to reduce or maybe consume such things later, after the meal, or sometime after the meal. In the end, I wish you all a happy Ramadan. Bye."

importance of moisturizing, exfoliating,and sunscreen

 Importance of moisturizing, exfoliating,and sunscreen

Hi and Assalamualaikum
everyone I m back with another informative blog post today I m going to discuss the importance of moisturizing, exfoliating and the use of sunscreen, because we all hear such things of using these no matter what but why exactly?, so in this blog I m going to discuss their science and what happens if you don't incoperate them in your daily skin care routine

Exfoliating

Exfoliating as you all know or in case if you don't is the process of removing dead skin cells from the skin's surface
This helps to
1)Unclog the pores
2) Improves skin texture
3) Enhances skin care absorption
These are some of the important factors or benefits of exfoliating

Now what happens if you don't do it
Well hmm

1)Dead skin cells accumulate leading to dull, rough, skin and clogged pores
2)Acne and breakouts:Clogged pores can lead to acne , blackheads, and other skin issues
3)Dead skin cells can prevent products from penetrating the skin
Now coming up to

Moisturizing

Moisturizing or in other words applying lotion or cream and why it's important
1)Lock in moisture;creates a barrier on the skin's surface, preventing water loss
2)Sooth and Calms the skin meaning reducing inflammation and irritation.
3) Protects the skin by providing the antioxidants

What happens if you don't moisturize

1) be real with me it feels annoying, and dry and tight skin
2) increased risk of irritation
3)Premature Aging yeah you heard me right not moisturizing can lead to fine lines and wrinkles.
Now for the last part

Sunscreen

Now for nerds if you know you know that it's the formula to protect your skin from harmful sun rays
Plus it helps to
1) protect against UV radiation
2) prevent Skin cancer
3) Reduce premature aging

Now what happens if you don't use it

1) increased risk of skin cancer
2) Premature Aging as expected
3)Sunburns ,blisters and damage to skin cells
So hope you girlies learn your lesson and in the end thanks for reading bye
