Natural skin care remedies 

Assalamualaikum! As we all know, taking care of our skin is essential for maintaining its health and appearance. While many people recommend visiting a dermatologist, I'm here to share some natural skin tips and remedies that can work wonders for your teenage skin care routine.


Wash your face day and night

Washing your face regularly is crucial for removing dirt, oil, and bacteria that can clog pores and cause acne. Make it a habit to wash your face twice a day, morning and night, to keep your skin clean and fresh.

2.Apply sunscreen 

Protecting your skin from the sun's harsh rays is vital for preventing sunburn, premature aging, and skin diseases. Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 before heading outdoors, and reapply every two hours.

3.Stay Hydrated and Limit Caffeine and Sugar

Drinking plenty of water is essential for keeping your skin hydrated and plump. However, consuming excessive caffeine and sugar can have negative effects on your skin. Limit your intake of these substances to maintain healthy, glowing skin.

4.Exfoliate Your Skin Twice a Week

Exfoliating your skin helps remove dead skin cells and unclog pores. You can use a commercial exfoliating scrub or make your own at home. I'll share a simple recipe in a future video!

5.Eat a Balanced Diet Rich in Nutrition*

A well-balanced diet provides essential vitamins and minerals that nourish your skin. Include foods rich in vitamin C, such as oranges, to support healthy skin. I'll share more tips on nutrition and skin health in a future blog post!

6.Avoid Touching Your Face*

Touching your face can transfer bacteria and oils from your hands to your face, clogging pores and causing breakouts. Try to avoid touching your face as much as possible, and wash your hands before applying skincare products.

7.Enjoy and reward yourself 

Taking care of your skin requires patience and dedication. Remember to reward yourself occasionally for your efforts, and don't be too hard on yourself if you slip up. Stay positive, and you'll be on your way to achieving healthy, glowing skin!

As you know, I've had skin problems almost throughout my teenage years. Right from when I hit puberty, I had bumps all over my face, and it continued to happen until now. Although it's better than before, and I no longer have those big bumps, I still have some marks and scars. Since I spent most of my life not taking care of my skin, I think it's time for a change, deep analysis, and solution. My skin is quite oily, and I'll share my research and experiences with you as I work on improving my skin.

I believe that every problem has a solution. To me, it's better to treat skin care problems with natural ingredients. Although I may use some products containing chemicals, I'll try to avoid them as much as possible, since chemical products can often cause more problems.
