Basics

Wash your Face day and night 

keeping your face clean is the most
important part of a consistent basic skin care routine leaving your face without cleansing leads to dirt, Oil, and bacteria pilling up which causes those annoying red dots(acne).  clogged  pores so use warm water to get all those impurities all out effectively  . Don’t over wash your skin if your skin is Oily wash for about 15 minutes if your skin is dry then less time is better (5 min)

Sunscreen

Now if you are an outgoing student then this is must step for you even as adults.Why?The sun from its Rays, Radiates those harmful UV rays which can cause heavy damage to your  skin causing those deadly  skin diseases which are very costly to treat plus Sunscreen protects your skin from hyperpigmentation so always put on sunscreen consistently before going out.
Choose a broad spectrum sunscreen at least SPF 30

3) Exfoliate

Exfoliating is a very crucial step which removes your dead skin cells, Unclogs  pores. you can do this procedure according to your skin type
For ex: for Normal skin Once or twice a week.
Oily Skin twice or thrice a week.
Dry Skin just once a week.
now you can either buy your own light exfoliator or make it home by Mixing sugar and honey , you can also replace sugar with salt. this procedure will help to improve your skin texture, and make your skin texture shiny and glowing.


) Moisturizing

This might be the most common step mentioned within the skin care because this step helps to hydrate the skin, and Prevents dryness and irritation, Supports skin
barrier.and keep your skin smooth and glowing you can moisturize your skin after bathing  or after bathing washing your
face and according do your skin type you should moisturize times in a day 
Normal skin Moisturize Once
or twice times a day
Dry Skin Moisturize 2-3
times a day
Oily skin Moisturize 1 time
a day.
you can either use a moisturizer for dry skin or for oily skin type.

to drink 6 to 8 glasses of water. plus it also helps to Flush out all internal toxins within.


2) Limiting sugar and Caffeine

Caffeine and Sugar will very much Likely to stop you from reaching your goal to take
care of your skin. that extra soda and those late night snacks might spike your oil production and can cause inflammation leading to break outs While similarly Caffeine flushes out water from your body.

3) Eat Healthy Diet

If you want to develop good results. you have to feed your body what it needs. and healthy fruits,vegetable healthy grains all containing those Vitamins A.D E K.C Calcium.Iron Zinc Omega-3 you can also learn how to cook at home to turn those tasteless veggies or stuff in to delicious tasty dishes for yourself.
