Rose water is a fragrant liquid made out of roses, it has been traditional ingredient to be used in skin care as well as other things for centuries.this magical ingredient is extracted out of roses by various methods, and  in this blog we ll analyze this ingredient and see it's benefits on skin.


1)Hydrates and Moisturizes the Skin

Rose water is excellent way to moisturize skin feeling soft ,supple and refreshed

2)Anti Aging properties 

It is rich in antioxidants,rose water helps combat free radicals ,and reduces the fine lines , wrinkles and age spots

3)Soothes and Calms the Skin

Rose water's anti inflammatory properties make it an effective way for soothing sunburns ,acne and other skin irritations.

4) Helps to balance Skin ph

Rose water helps maintain the skin 'natural ph balance reducing the risk of skin conditions like eczema and acne.

HOW TO USE ROSE WATER 

1)As Skin toner

Take a piece of cotton and soak in rose water and apply that cotton pad on your face , especially in those affected areas 

2)On Remedies

You can use rose water on remedies,face masks like mixing honey and rose water together I ll post YouTube videos on that as well

3) Spray Rose water 

Aside from all the remedies you can even spray it on your face it ll give equal level of benefits

4)Mix with other products

You can even mix with other products like lotion or cream

Be Careful 

While the rose water in and itself is an excellent ingredient to mix in with the skin care there can be some side effects so it's best to do patch test first simple take some rose water and apply on Skin
As well as to consult a doctor for allergies or if you are a pregnant woman nonetheless I think that since it's a natural ingredient it doesn't need of a care but it overall be careful then regretive
