Dark circles are when the area around your eyes becomes dark like black color,they make us anxious of our looks in our daily life and it's time to Help your self and I promise that these will work like a miracle to you

Causes
Some of the most common causes among teenagers
1 Dehydration
When your eyes lose Moisture you probably are not drinking enough water causing Dark circles making your eyes appear dull and sunken and causing dark circles.
2)Lack of sleep
Sleep deprivation or not taking enough rest can cause blood vessels to dilate leading to dark circles,it also reduces skin s natural glow.
3)Diet and Nutrient deficiencies
Some Changes and Remedies for Dark circles
1)Hydrate
Drink enough water up to 6 to 8 Glasses of water ,Drinking enough water can improve skin elasticity and texture and maintain moisture of your skin.
And it's also best to apply a moisturizer for dry skin to the area around your eyes.
2) Sleep well
If you have a habit of using mobile phone before sleeping it's time to turn it off and go to bed and fix your sleep schedule.
3)Cold Compress
Apply a cold wash cloth or chilled cooled spoons to the under eyes for some minutes(5 to 15 minutes)
This helps reduce puffiness and darkening
Or what you can do is chill some cucumber slices in the freezer and place it on your eyes for again the same amount of time.
4) Potato Slices
Place some slices of potatoes on your eyes for some time potatoes contain natural bleaching agents and is also rich in vitamin C.
5) Almond oil
Mix together some Almond oil and some honey together and massage gently under your eyes it increases blood circulation around your eyes .
